"Bring Your Building Dreams to Life with Light Gauge Steel Framing!"
LGS
Light Gauge Steel Framing Technology
A Light Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF) is wall system made of cold-rolled load bearing steel frames. LGSF is an innovative and reliable construction material in the world that is strong and allows design flexibility enabling it to be the right choice for construction. This method of construction allows having an increased span, custom openings, curved walls and a variety of external architectural façade treatments; making it a versatile choice of construction material. LGSF is the future construction methodology, LGSF is environmentally friendly and has energy efficient properties that allow very little waste (negligible) as all the steel is cut to fit exactly.
Our System integrates the intelligence of the CAD structure calculation software to achieve a truly integrated and totally automated design to production system. This framing system engineers, designs and produces wall frames, floor truss, and roof trusses complying to all major international light steel framing building codes. Equipped with patented roll forming technology, this totally integrated design to production system delivers high productivity, top quality and 100% accurate output. It’s rated as the industry’s most efficient, reliable and highest spec Single-ProfileProduction-System!

EXTENDIBILITY
Add or remove new modules without causing any disruption to the building
APPLICATIONS OF LGS
TERRACE EXTENTIONS
FARM HOUSE / RESORTS
COMMERCIAL / INDUSTRIAL
HOSPITAL / SCHOOLS
HYBRID CONSTRUTIONS
Wall System
The LGS Wall panels will form the Skeletal Structure. The Stud Spacing between the LGS profiles, the Gauge Thickness and the Web size of the Profile is determined by the Structural Engineer based on the Design.

STEEL
In Steel Framed Constructions, the Construction cost is a Variable one, which can be customized according to the construction budget. The Construction cost will vary based on the Load Bearing capacity of the building (More Load means more steel consumption), Insulation capacity of the Building, Cladding Board Quality (Based on Thickness, Density and Type of Materials used), Sound Insulation and Fire Rating Properties required for the building.
High Tensile, Pre Galvanized, Pre Slitted Steel Coil is used as the Raw Material. The Galvanization will be G275 for GI Zinc Coating and AZ150 for Zinc-Aluminum Coating Galvanization. The Higher level of Galvanization prevents the Rusting issues.

Labor Camp/ Temporary Shelters
Our Pre engineered buildings can be designed to dismantle after use and shift to a new site location without any damage
Resorts / Farm Houses
With minimum work on site - It is never a difficult task to build architectural marvels at remote location
Hybrid Structures
We Design Hybrid Structures where Span and Height does not have a limitation These Hybrid Structures use Pre Engineered Building Design, Pre / Post tensioned Concrete, LGSF Wall Systems or even Conventional concrete Structure where ever required. Our structures are designed considering parameters like the seismic zone, wind load, and soil conditions.
High Sound Insulation property
High Sound Insulation property of our panel makes it suitable for all kinds of buildings like: Hospitals & Schools

LGSF FOR SOLAR PANELS
Our LGSF Frames are most suitable and convenient for mounting Solar Panels As global demand for solar power as an alternative energy option rises, it will be to the advantage of solar photovoltaic (PV) panel manufacturers and installers to ensure superior product quality while using cost-effective, reliable materials in assembly. Both rooftop and foundation-mounted solar PV panel products can be enhanced by durable, longlasting framing materials, which can be configured, cut, and assembled on or offsite to suit very complex geometrical shapes and a wide range of installation needs.
-
Lightweight structure
-
Non-corrosive metal
-
Pre Engineered
-
Easy to assemble at the site
-
Less skilled labour on site
-
Easy Logistics
LGSF is optimal for solar racking and mounting and is highly customizable to suit any project anywhere, even in remote areas. CFS is light, easy to assemble, and does not require specific heavy lifting equipment, such as cranes, in order to be erected. Even when Unique roof designs, foundations, or terrain present new challenges, properly-fitting CFS solar racking can be made to achieve the desired results.
For solar applications, prefabrication of LGS framing allows for faster controlled production and assembly of products and eliminates delays in installation.
The LGSS is designed based on provision of the following standards:
Indian Standard IS 801: 1975 Code of Practices for use of cold formed and welded section and light gauge steel structural members in general building construction.
British Standard BS 5950 (Part 5):1998 – Structural use of steel in Building Part 5 – Code of Practice for design of cold formed thin gauge structure.
British Standard BS 5950 (Part 1): 2000 Structure use of steel work in Building Part 1 with loading requirement as per IS 875 (Part 1)
Indian Standard IS 875 : 1987 Code of Practice for design loads
Part 1 - Dead Loads - Unit Weights of Building Material and Stored Materials
Part 2 - Imposed Loads
Part 3 - Wind Loads
IS 1893 (Part 1):2002 Criteria for Earthquake Resistant Design of Structures - Part 1 : General Provisions and Buildings
